How the partnership works

We bring the programme. You bring the water.

We already run programmes at schools, clubs and community pools including Trinity College Kandy, Tamil Union, Nalanda College and Dharmaraja College. Every one of them is run the same way.

Questions pool owners ask.

What does Stingrays provide?

Stingrays-trained coaches, our structured Learn-to-Swim curriculum, teaching equipment, class scheduling, bookings and parent communication — plus the Stingrays Quest parent app for every enrolled family. You provide the pool time.

What size pool do you need?

Most of our lessons run in pools of 15 m or longer, but smaller and shallow pools work well for beginner and toddler classes. We check depth, size, water quality and access at the site visit before anything is agreed.

Can classes be for our residents, members or students only?

Yes. Many of our venues run batches only for the people who live, study or are members there. We can also open a pool to the public if that suits you.

How are the commercial terms set?

Every venue is different, so terms are agreed per pool. Most of our venues work on a pool-time hire basis — we book regular hours, and your pool earns from time it isn't otherwise using. We walk you through the options at the site visit.

Who are the coaches?

Every Stingrays coach is trained by us from scratch through the Stingrays coach pathway, and teaches at our 6:1 swimmer-to-coach ratio. A senior coach supervises each venue.

How quickly can we start?

After the site visit we agree the slots, line up coaches and start enrolling families. How fast depends on the timings you can offer and coach availability in your area — we'll give you a clear start date.
